Overall a good stay. Great location with lots of shopping and food in walking distance. The property could use a few im Positive: Very private but in a great location. The bed was comfy. Negative: The Palmetto Bugs were inside the property. Only two towels for a three day stay for two people. There was a working washer and dryer however no detergent.

Awesome place to stay.

This airbnb is where we saw each other again after 27 years apart (high school sweethearts and now 40-somethings) and we came back for our wedding night this past weekend. It is such a wonderful space. Comfortable and clean with a wonderful courtyard. Best location in downtown Southern Pines you could hope for! We will definitely be back again. My wife wishes we could buy it.

I loved this little apartment so much, I wanted to sign a year lease! Positive: Great location! Somehow right in the middle of downtown, yet rather private. Negative: I noticed a broken figurine on the patio, and a piece of flooring / trim kept coming loose between the bedroom and the bathroom.

It was my birthday weekend. Filthy! Positive: Absolutely Nothing.😪 I have so many pictures I can’t capture all of them. I brought my own linen. Didn’t use the towels . Negative: Walking downs to the basement apartment. Very dark. Outside area terrible everything was overgrown. The purple door isn’t purple. Carpet dirty smells like
