Flat Coat Cottage

Flat coat cottage was ideally located for visiting the Southern Pines area and attending a family wedding. The cottage had everything we needed. The layout of the home worked well, beds were comfortable, and appliances were in good condition. The home was pet friendly...one thing to note is the backyard is not completely fenced in and the back fence has a large hole in it. The home is just a couple of blocks from restaurants and boutiques with sidewalks that made the walk very nice. We had one issue with our arrival, but Staywell responded quickly to my email with a resolution for the issue.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with The Flat Coat Cottage! The accommodations were wonderful and beautifully appointed. The location was so close to town that you could take a nice stroll into the village. The home was clean and cozy. We were supplied with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be coming back. Being pet friendly was a definite plus!
