The Shire 255 B - Sienna

Loved the place and location! Positive: So close to shops, restaurants. Fully furnished, quiet neighborhood. Negative: This is a downstairs apartment so upstairs guests could be heard walking around.

Unit B was nicely decorated. The reason for my rating was because the shower was too short for me. It's less private than I thought as well. It has more listings surrounding than just the above unit.

Great location and very comfortable

Check in was super easy. New appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. Great Wi-Fi! We also got to watch baby birds in their nest on the Wreath hanging on the front door! We loved that it was close to town within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location great value! Positive: Great location! Cottage is super clean and very well maintained! Has everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to Southern Pines with ample parking. The bed linens could be upgraded and the walls are a little thin. We could hear our neighbors moving around but it was not really an issue as they were not noisy at all. I would definitely recommend this property as it was so charming and very well appointed! The furnishings and appliances were very nice and it had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. It was a great value.
