Getaway in Southern Pines
Positive: Proximity to town and just nice overall.

Welcoming, clean, comfortable environment for our temporary home.
Positive: Great location. Mostly quiet, yet steps (blocks) from downtown SP. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen, although we didn’t use much. W/D was a nice touch for travelers. Very neat and clean, and the comforts of home. And the bed was comfortable. 😀
Negative: Rain gutter over front door would be a good addition. We experienced a moderate rain one evening. When using the keypad to get in, my upper body clothing was soaked.

Awesome two bedroom rental that was clean and newly done.
Positive: It was fresh and clean with everything that you needed.
Negative: No local channels on the tv.
