Beautiful newly renovated property. Walking distance to good restaurants, train station and shops. This unit is upstairs so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend it!

We had a great stay for a quick guys weekend golf trip. Loved the location that allowed us to walk to everything in downtown Southern Pines. Would def stay again.

Welcoming, clean, comfortable environment for our temporary home. Positive: Great location. Mostly quiet, yet steps (blocks) from downtown SP. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen, although we didn’t use much. W/D was a nice touch for travelers. Very neat and clean, and the comforts of home. And the bed was comfortable. 😀 Negative: Rain gutter over front door would be a good addition. We experienced a moderate rain one evening. When using the keypad to get in, my upper body clothing was soaked.

The perfect spot for our downtown stay. Easy, short walking distance to everything downtown! The unit was laid out very well and beautifully upgraded with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely beautiful property! Maneuvering in the driveway was a bit tricky, but great to have off-street parking!
